As the global economy is increasingly driven by technology advancement it is instrumental for our nation to possess a labor force built on a strong backbone of math, science and technology (MST) skills. Unfortunately, American students continue to lag behind their international counterparts in MST achievement and the level of interest in pursuing careers in engineering and other related fields continues to decline.
To help address this issue the Infoscitex Foundation has been established to advance the educational opportunities for our nation’s youth by awarding college scholarships to financially disadvantaged high school students possessing a high degree of interest and excellence in mathematics, science or technology.
There is no doubt that today’s global language for economic competitiveness and prosperity is math, science and technology. We hope we can count on you to help us in our endeavor.
